Psalm 20:4 reminds us that our true calling lies in our heart. The true callings in our heart are set to us by God. As I’ve mentioned in previous spiritual applications, the most important thing regarding our work in this world is that we sanctify our work to God and follow Jesus’s teachings. Knowing our true callings in our heart just makes the job easier. Personally, what drives me is the desire for success; however, success with the rationale of being a provider to my family in the future. It directs me in the right direction with my relationship with God and my earthly purpose because being a provider is something that was inspired by how Jesus inspired others by his teachings. In a way, being a provider is the same aspect as a Christian leader through the teachings of Jesus.
